All prints are made to order and shipped from the nearest professional print facility according to your location — ensuring fast delivery and a reduced environmental footprint.
Estimated delivery times (production + shipping):
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- Australia: 4–6 business days
- North America: 4–7 business days
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local carriers, holidays, or customs procedures.
Shipping fees:
- Europe: €5 flat rate — free above €50
- Australia & North America: €10 flat rate — free above €70
All orders are packaged securely in rigid cardboard tubes (plastic-free and eco-friendly) to ensure safe transit.
💸 Returns & Refunds
1. Standard Prints (non-custom products)
Each print is made to order. For this reason, returns are not accepted for change of mind, size, or preference.
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return shipping is not required unless specifically requested.
2. Custom Orders (“Your Dog, Your Cover”)
Custom artworks are created individually based on your dog’s photo and our artistic direction.
Because each piece is unique and handcrafted, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
If your custom print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at thenichemag@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
📝 Model Withdrawal Form (EU customers)
If you are located in the EU and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a non-custom product, you may copy, fill in, and email the following form to thenichemag@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

🌍 Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
NICHE is not responsible for additional customs charges, which are handled directly by your local authorities upon delivery.
💳 Taxes & Billing
All prices are displayed excluding VAT.
NICHE operates under the French micro-entrepreneur regime (Article 293 B – French Tax Code), meaning no VAT is applied or collected at checkout.
For international customers, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on destination country laws.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at thenichemag@gmail.com.
We will investigate with our shipping partner and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund once confirmed as lost in transit.
