Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Each print is made to order.
Production and delivery usually take:
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Australia: 4–6 business days
• North America: 4–7 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
All orders are printed and dispatched from the closest professional print lab, ensuring faster delivery and reduced carbon footprint.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes. We ship globally, from the nearest regional production site depending on your location (Europe, Australia, or North America).


🖼️ Paper & Quality

Q: What kind of paper do you use?
A: We print on premium photographic lustre paper (240 gsm / 7.1 oz/yd²) — a professional, gallery-grade medium with a fine satin sheen and subtle pearl texture.
This Giclée fine-art printing process ensures vivid colors, deep blacks, smooth gradients, and long-lasting archival quality.
All papers are sustainably sourced, plastic-free, vegan-friendly, and printed using water-based inks.

Q: Are frames included?
A: No — all prints are sold unframed, ready to gift, frame, or mount.


🎨 Custom Orders

Q: What is “Your Dog, Your Cover”?
A: It’s a bespoke art service where we transform your dog’s portrait into a NICHE-style magazine cover.
Each composition is directed, designed, and refined individually by our creative team.

Q: Can I see a preview before printing?
A: No — to preserve our creative direction and the integrity of our artwork, we don’t send digital previews or mockups before production.
The final result is revealed upon delivery.

Q: Can I get a refund for a custom order?
A: Since each artwork is unique and created to order, custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days at thenichemag@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.


🔁 Returns & Replacements

Q: Can I return my print if I change my mind?
A: Because all prints are made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind, size, or preference.

Q: What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact thenichemag@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
1️⃣ your order number,
2️⃣ clear photos showing the issue,
3️⃣ your name and delivery address.
Our team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


🌍 Taxes & Billing

Q: Are taxes included in the prices?
A: All prices are displayed excluding VAT.
NICHE operates under the French micro-entrepreneur regime (Article 293 B – French Tax Code), meaning no VAT is applied or collected at checkout.
For customers outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery — these are handled by your local authorities.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address — can I change it?
A: Contact us immediately at thenichemag@gmail.com.
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can update the address.
Once printing has started, changes are no longer possible.
